Practice Description

Mr. Sudbury’s practice involves representation of regional and national clients in financial institution litigation involving residential mortgage loans, including loan repurchase, wrongful foreclosure, debt collection and lien priority matters. He also regularly represents clients in construction litigation, health care litigation and insurance disputes.
