Mr. Weinberg serves clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, with an emphasis in real estate secured financing

Representative Experience

Homebuilder Finance: Represents banks in this specialized field, including acquisition and development loans, revolving construction lines of credit, borrowing base lines of credit, syndicated credit facilities and multistate credit facilities.

Lending: Represents institutional lenders, including banks, insurance companies and mortgage companies in debt financing transactions, including construction loans, permanent loans, syndicated credit facilities, large multistate portfolio loans and CMBS loans.

Distressed Assets: Represents special servicers and financial institutions nationwide in all aspects of distressed debt management, including workouts, foreclosures and REO management and disposition.

Development: Represents developers and investors in the development of office buildings, retail centers, multifamily projects, retirement communities, residential and mixed-use condominium projects, golf courses, sports stadiums and industrial facilities. Represents owners throughout all phases of development, including acquisition, land planning, entity formation, financing, construction, leasing and disposition.

Green Building: Advises developers, tenants, landlords and property managers regarding green building laws and legal strategies that support energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
